Four services cover the whole journey, so you are not coordinating a forwarder, a warehouse and a customs broker on your own.
Supplier coordination
We coordinate with the factories behind your order in China and can arrange supplier inspections for up to 3 suppliers, subject to the agreed service scope.
Consolidation & storage
Cargo from several suppliers is received and consolidated at our warehouse, with 60 days of free storage while your order is completed, subject to the agreed service scope.
Customs coordination
We prepare and submit the shipping documents and coordinate customs clearance and duty arrangements, including DDP service where it applies to your route.
Door-to-door delivery
Your materials are delivered to your address in the United States. Transit typically runs 20 to 60 days depending on route and service.
Cargo protection options are available. Coverage scope, exclusions and limits are set out in your quote and policy.
